The USA Today have published a review of the 2010 Nissan Altima. 'Nissan, seeking to sharpen the claws of its contender in the midsize-sedan catfight, gave its 2010 Altima a different hood, grille and wheels and tweaked the interior and -- voila -- it's a whole different machine. It must be noted, however, that the V-6 test car seemed as different from the four-cylinder tester as fish from fowl. The four-banger Altima finished an inglorious sixth among eight midsize rivals in the USA TODAY/Cars.com/MotorWeek $25,000 Family Sedan Shootout.
